i would like to know how and where can i join gensan kalilangan photo contest.

You can register through the Chamber of Commerce. Are you from Gensan? The Chamber office is located 3/F Yap Mabuhay Building. Look for Sheng.

Hi,maybe GCC is not in the position to answer your query. The organizer is the City Chamber of Commerce. We are also participants of the Photo Contest.
